Principles
Your time and money are going directly toward a charitable/honest cause
Your contribution shall not cover overhead, marketing, etc. costs
Volunteering should be a worthwhile experience and reciprocable beneficial
Although no volunteering experience is risk-free, it must be safe and secure,
You are self-responsible, despite the professional on-site support and coaching

Your Profile
Preferrably female volunteers, preferably 23+ yrs of age. You should be motivated, hands-on, pragmatic, sociable, flexible and interested in gaining an invaluable and unique experience in a dynamic environment of a project in its start-up/launch-phase.

Good command of English. Experience in the hospitality industry is a great plus.
